Per Ron Lacson's email 10/21:

Professor Bryan Silva is sending over his ADJU 201 and 202 students into the L&LC as a requirement for an essay. The essay sample is attached and should be considered a template for the overall project. There are some specific parameters that the students will need to meet:

• APA 7 Citation Format
• Check for sentential level mechanics
• It will require two classmate interviews
• Should be written by the student, which means the essay should not be AI generated
  • To clarify, AI can be use to ethically check certain mechanical aspects, but should not be used to generate the bulk of the essay
• Research regarding job opportunities
  • Real life listing
  • Quantitative data from credible resources
    • Growth
    • Potential Income Range
    • Stability

Is he requiring that his students meet with a librarian? 

No, just tutoring, but I don't know how many Tutors could help with this kind of research or APA 7. I want the Tutor to be comfortable walking student to Librarians in a situation like this.

Are they all coming in at the same time, which will overwhelm the librarian on duty. 

No, the student are coming in on their own time. 

When are they coming in? 

The assigment is going to be relesaed this week, so we should see them trickle in afterwards. 

What is their timeline?

I'm not sure, I'll ask him through the email.

I know he brought his classes in as groups last week. Is this different from those visits?

I'm not sure. He emailed me to meet, and we just met this morning. He may have been showing his class around.
