Open Access Journals

Directory of Open Access Journals
A database of over 5000 free, full text, peer reviewed scientific and scholarly journals from around the world.
JURN Eco/Nature Titles
A curated academic search-engine, indexing over 3,500 free ejournals in the arts & humanities. Established in 2009 to comprehensively cover the arts and humanities, in 2014 JURN expanded in scope. JURN now also covers selected university full-text repositories and many additional ejournals in science, biomedical, business and law. In 2015/6 JURN expanded again, adding over 600 ejournals on aspects of the natural world.
Public Library of Science (PLoS)
A non-profit organization founded by a group of biomedical scientists, currently publishes seven open access biomedical journals.
PubMed Centeral

You don't want to wade through millions of Web pages. By using a few tricks, you can focus your searches relatively easily to those authoritative, reliable sources you want to use.

Use key search terms - Use the same search terms you used successfully to find books and articles.
