What Do I Need to Be Able to Checkout?

• MJC Student ID (digital or print), or
• Student email login or Canvas login show on your smart phone, or
• Student ID number (W number) and state driver's license, or
• Student ID number (W number) and other state-issued identification, or
• Student ID number (W number) and passport

How Long Can I Checkout Materials?

• Textbooks & More: Varies depending on type of materials
• Books: 3 Weeks
• Journals/Media: 1 Week
• After that you can renew materials up to two times

• You can check out all library materials for up to 6 weeks.
• We will need to see your picture ID.
• There will be a replacement cost charged for lost or damaged materials.

Please email  the library at circulation@mjc.libanswers.com in order to renew materials.   

You can renew materials twice so long as no one else has requested the item. 

Become a Friend of the Library to check out materials in the library. Unfortunately, off-campus access to our online resources is restricted to students, faculty, and staff because of contractual obligations.
