The L & LC is pleased to announce a new service: 24/7 Ask A Librarian Live Chat, offering round-the-clock access to REAL, non-bot, expert librarians. What makes this amazing service possible? The L & LC belongs to a 24/7 Chat Cooperative, staffed by librarians in California, other states, and sometimes even other countries. It's exciting and the L & LC is happy to offer it to the MJC community. 

What Is Research Help, Exactly? 

Here are some typical research questions librarians receive, both in person and on chat:
