You’ll first need to access NoodleTools by clicking on the link below.
Why use this database? Use NoodleTools when you want to create and organize your research notes, share and collaborate on research projects, create and error check citations, and complete your list of works cited in MLA, APA, or Chicago style. You'll need to Create a Personal ID and password the first time you use NoodleTools.
What's included: Tools to provide you a workflow for research that encourages experimentation and enables intellectual growth in addition to a citation generator that teaches you how to cite your sources as you complete the citation forms.
Use NoodleTools Express if you just need one quick source citation? Create a single MLA, APA, or Chicago-style reference and copy and paste it into your document. No login required.
At the Sign In page you have two options: You can Sign In or Register.
Register
If you have never used Noodletools, you'll need to click Register to complete the New User Registration form.

After you register, you will see the Projects screen:

Next time you go to NoodleTools you’ll enter your personal ID and password to sign in to your NoodleTools account.
The MJC Library subscribes to NoodleTools the same way we subscribe to our other databases.
Just like our other databases, when you access NoodleTools from off campus, you'll be asked to log in just like you do for your email and Canvas.
Once you are authenticated as an MJC Library student, you’ll need to enter your NoodleTools personal ID and password to access your account.
For security purposes, NoodleTools revalidates all accounts every August 1st. Simply enter:
