Ready, Set, Research Visualized aims to introduce students to some of the fundamental steps of the research process. Created as a  series of infographics, it is designed to be a visually appealing introduction rather than a comprehensive teaching tool. Its purpose is to help students understand there is more to research than simply gathering the requisite number of sources.

After moving through this module, students are wildly encouraged to collaborate closely with research librarians each and every time they have a research project. By working with librarians at the Research Help desk, within appointments, and via chat, text and email, students have the opportunity to acquire, practice, and ultimately master the vital skills they need to be successful researchers and information literate human beings.
